Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Mall at Rockingham Park

About the role

As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you’re at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Start each day energized and prepared - wearing their name badge, saying hello to coworkers, making sure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell.
• On the floor, focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create an experience that brings customers back.
• Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Always Finish Strong - sharing Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Believe service starts with each other - supporting one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.

• Essential Physical Requirements:
