Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Las Vegas Meadows

About the role

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You’ll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for. This role blends service and support — anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year. We're looking for flexible team players who thrive in our fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Begin each shift by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying current on trends and promotions
• Greet customers warmly, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships and drive repeat visits
• Maintain a shoppable sales floor by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves
• Finish each interaction strong: share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, end with a sincere thank-you, and walk the package around using the customer’s name
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities
• Strive for daily improvement, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from colleagues to deliver individual and store results

Requirements

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Motivation to meet daily sales goals
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, adaptable to changing priorities; able to work independently and thrive in team dynamics

Physical Requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours
• Lifting at least 25 lbs.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
• Reaching, including above eye level
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions

Schedule

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
