Responsibilities

• Educates customers – helps them understand how merchandise works and how it is best used.
• Assists customers – seeks out customers, listens, helps, educates, and makes them want to return.
• Maintains product presentation – improves merchandise display after customer interaction.
• Replenishes products – monitors stock levels and restocks to ensure customers have needed styles and sizes.

Benefits

• Competitive wage plus 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and 10% commission for Service and Care plans.
• If eligible, competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and 401(k) with Company match.
• All associates receive an associate discount on JCPenney merchandise.
• For paid vacation days, associates eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year.
• All store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $17.25/Hr – USD $17.25/Hr.
