The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate in Fine Jewelry's role is important to ensure that we have plenty of hands-on deck to serve our customers in fine jewelry during the busy holiday peak! Responsibilities

• Educates customers – helps them understand how merchandise works or how it is best used.
• Assists customers – seeks out customers, listens, helps, educates, and makes them want to return.
• Maintains product presentation – continually improves how merchandise is displayed after customer interaction.
• Replenishes products – monitors stock levels and ensures customers have the styles and sizes they need.

Pay

Competitive wage plus 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and a 10% commission for Service and Care plans. Pay Range: USD $12.00/Hr – USD $12.00/Hr.
