Seasonal Retail Customer Service - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop, locate products, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery standards, complete merchandise recovery and the return/go‑back process, and ensure a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for team members.
• Cross‑trained in custom framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; lifting heavy boxes.
• Accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Public retail store setting; climate‑controlled public areas, some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled.
• Occasional outdoor work (e.g., retrieving shopping carts, unloading trucks).
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old and satisfy all federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
