Seasonal Retail Consultant | Aesop Bellevue | Part Time

As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will introduce and sell Aesop products through genuine, personalized conversations, contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through authentic storytelling and understand their needs
• Craft personalized customer journeys, from warm welcome to thoughtful product demonstrations and regimen building
• Demonstrate recommended products on the customer’s hand and lead them to the sink/fragrance area
• Ensure a memorable departure by offering full regimens, samples, and inviting customers to return
• Embody Aesop’s values in all actions and seek continuous improvement
• Adhere to Aesop’s grooming guidelines and uphold retail standards, delivering the "five senses" experience
• Complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks

Requirements

• Experience working as part of a customer-focused team, ideally in retail or hospitality
• A merchant mindset, both customer-focused and commercially driven
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in tactile product demonstrations
• A deep passion for selling premium products and excitement for Aesop’s skincare and fragrance offerings
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs or a ladder, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly

Schedule

Flexible availability required, with mandatory weekend work. This is a contract position ending January 16, 2027. Candidates must be available between November 1 and January 16, 2027; vacation will not be accommodated during this period. Full availability is required on specific weekend dates.
