This is the perfect opportunity to learn, grow, and spread some good, clean fun while earning extra income during our busiest time of year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience — greet, engage, and assist every guest with a smile.
• Learn and share the Buff City Soap story, helping guests choose products they’ll love.
• Handcraft and customize our products right in the store — no experience required, we’ll teach you!
• Keep the Makery stocked, clean, and organized.
• Support your teammates and help keep the energy high during peak hours.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a passion for great customer experiences.
• Comfort working in a busy retail environment.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Looking for all shifts, but flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
