Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

You’ll be an ambassador of the Burlington brand, greeting and assisting customers, keeping the sales floor neat and organized, and supporting the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, upbeat, people‑person with strong organizational skills.
