About the role
You’re someone who pushes boundaries and challenges the status quo—brave, ambitious, and passionate. This role is a critical member of the Resort Marketing Team, reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, and serves as the on-the-ground marketing representative at Mount Sunapee & Crotched Mountain. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to execute brand strategy, events, partner integrations, in-resort messaging, and website content, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the resort’s identity and drives extraordinary experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on events and brand activations that elevate the guest experience, working with centralized marketing and mountain operations to ideate and execute meaningful activities and activations.
- Act as project manager for activations, managing external agencies, contractors, vendors, and event staff to deliver on-brand experiences.
- Drive website engagement by executing content updates to core pages in partnership with cross-functional teams to reflect winter operations, guest news, and event calendars.
- Execute partner integration on-mountain and in-resort by ideating and delivering partner events, activations, signage, and photo shoots that align brand and partner goals.
- Assist in capturing and promoting resort content, including hosting brand and photo shoots with third-party vendors for social media, website, and PR use, and facilitating content flow to centralized teams.
- Oversee in-resort messaging, signage, and guest-facing promotional materials to manifest the resort’s brand and promote company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree required; emphasis in marketing, business, or communications preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing, event, sales, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media channels.
- Excellent English language and writing skills.
- High degree of organization, attention to detail, and professional conduct.
- Self-starter, ambitious, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from both mountains.
- Beginner-level skiing or snowboarding ability; comfortable on green terrain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Field marketing or event experience.
- Intermediate or advanced skiing or snowboarding ability; comfortable on blue and black terrain.
Pay
The expected pay range is $22.87/hr – $28.59/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Schedule
Full-time seasonal position for the 2026/2027 winter season. Weekend and holiday work required. On-site presence required; remote work is not possible.
