Compensation
The hourly base pay range for this position is $7.25 per hour plus $12–$13 per hour in tips. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Schedule
The work schedule for this position is dependent upon resort business volumes and will be discussed during the interview. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time individuals. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up during arrival and departure.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor; use guest last names during interactions.
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location.
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
- Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Conduct thorough room presentations for guests.
- Assist guests with room changes when needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the rooms, meeting facilities, and public areas of the hotel.
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and all other inquiries.
- Provide information to guests about the hotel, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions in the area.
- Assist guests with transportation to off-site locations using only approved taxi cab or transport services.
- Correctly tag individual bags to be stored in the bell storage area.
- Ensure all guests and luggage are safely transported to and from assigned destinations.
- Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of the guest services area.
- Deliver messages, items, and/or guest amenities as requested.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Account Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Ability to read and write standard English.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other employees.
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems.
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
