Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nights

Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs.
About the role
This opportunity is for a seasonal nights position on the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs
- Administers IV’s and medications to aid in patient health
- Uses medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Critical Care
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS through American Heart Association
- Current ACLS through American Heart Association
- Current NIH Stroke Certification

Pay
Seasonal Rate: $60/hr
