Responsibilities

• Conduct and resolve internal investigations effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and develop relationships with business partners on Loss Prevention, safety, and compliance issues.
• Analyze and review Agilence Exception reports to identify internal theft concerns.
• Ensure areas of responsibility comply with KPI Alerts and the Moving Target program.
• Conduct store visit audits to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and quickly address any identified issues.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Completion of the Wicklander and Zulawski Interviewing Skills Course.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Analytical, accounting, and customer service skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay

Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. The pay range for this role is $1,800 per week.
