Job Summary The Seasonal Recruiting Admin Specialist supports high-volume hiring for CADY’s hourly seasonal roles in a fast-paced environment. This role attracts, screens, and activates quality candidates while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. They ensure positions are filled within internal timelines by monitoring applicant flow, guiding candidates through the ATS process, and supporting hiring managers with screening and interview scheduling. Through strong organization and urgency, this role helps staff studios with top seasonal talent. Responsibilities Manage high-volume recruiting for hourly seasonal roles across assigned marketsReview applications and conduct initial candidate screeningsMaintain and monitor applicant flow within the ATS to ensure timely movement through each stageSchedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruiting processTrack and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and pipeline healthProactively build and maintain a strong seasonal talent pipelineCommunicate consistently with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experienceSupport hiring events and other seasonal recruiting initiatives as needed Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, & Education) Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a satisfactory background checkHigh School diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills; can interact effectively across multiple levels (i.e. candidates, hiring managers, executives, and external partners)Able to learn and leverage the CADY employer value proposition in filling key rolesOutstanding follow-through, self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgencyStrong attention to detail, critical thinker, and proven ability to create simple, sustainable, and organized workflows and processesComfortable working in a dynamic environment and with several business unitsAbility to operate effectively and efficiently in both a team environment and as a proactive individual contributorProfessional maturity, open to feedback and willing to learn; flexibility with tasks assignedOnsite Role - Innovation Center (Alpharetta, GA) 5 days a week. Experience Experience in retail, seasonal, and/or high volume staffing Use of applicant tracking systems - Paycom preferred Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
