SEASONAL - PT Administrative Assistant Pikes Peak America's Mountain
About the role
In this position, you will provide clerical and customer service support for Pikes Peak-America's Mountain.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about Pikes Peak - America's Mountain and the Pikes Peak Region including what to see and do in the region
- Affiliate with administrative team with accounts payable and receivable work functions
- Affiliate with administrative team with credit card reconciliations
- Serve as a point of contact for walk-in customers that enter the administrative offices
- Affiliate with special event logistics including making phone calls to confirm details and communications to PPAM team members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid, non-probationary Colorado driver’s license not subject to restrictions
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience working in a business office environment
Skills
- Knowledge of modern office technology
- Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Proficiency with Adobe software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing

Pay
Salary $15.16 - $21.00 Hourly
Schedule
Normal work hours will vary based on department needs. At least one weekend day will be required, and work hours will occur between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Position scheduled for up to 32 hours per week (may work additional hours as needed).
