Seasonal Production Worker - Summer 2026

Job Summary

Seneca Foods Corporation in Blue Earth, Minnesota is seeking seasonal production workers for its 2026 production season. Positions available include Line Workers, Machine Operators, Forklift Operators, Sanitation Workers, and Maintenance positions.

Job Duties

- Fulfill various production line positions in our food production facility processing fresh vegetables. - Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production run. - Provide relief during other employee’s break periods. - Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies/procedures. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. - Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment. - Good attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong work ethic. - Regular Attendance.

Benefits

Safe working conditions, paid overtime over 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training.

Pay

Starting wage range based on skills and experience from $14.88 to $15.99 per hour.
