About the role

Seneca Foods Corporation in Gillett, WI is seeking seasonal production workers for its 2026 production season. Seneca provides safe working conditions, paid overtime over 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training. The manufacturing plant typically runs 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, but shift start/end times may vary as well as the number of days worked per week due to weather and the crop that is available to harvest.

Season timeframe

Green Beans – mid-June through early October. This timeframe is tentative and can be affected by the weather and crop availability.

Job duties

  • Fulfill various production line positions in our food production facility processing fresh vegetables
  • Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production run
  • Provide relief during other employee's break periods
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies/procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Other duties as assigned
