Seasonal Production Worker

About the role

Gemini is seeking a Seasonal Production Team Member to join the team at our location in Fallon, NV. This position is part of a positive, people-first culture dedicated to leveraging each team member's strengths to bring unique signage products to life.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of finishing acrylic/laminate/metal products including sawing, sanding, drilling, tapping, hand finishing, blasting, stroke sanding and polishing.
• Operate lasers or routers to produce products as instructed per the work order.
• Read and understand blueprints and shop drawings to perform custom assembly of products.
• Inspect finished product and prepare for shipping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Pay

$18.62 per hour

Schedule

Consistent Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime is based on business need.
