Responsibilities
- Perform various general labor tasks throughout the facility, including packing, weighing, quality control, and preparing products.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Be able to add candy.
- Able to identify candy which does not meet quality standards.
- Able to abide by all See’s Employee Safety & GMP rules/guidelines.
- Strict adherence to See’s quality standards.
Physical Requirements
- Stand more than 8 hours, with overtime.
- Lift up to 30 pounds, the stock boxes can be 15-20 pounds. It varies type of candy.
- Collecting candy, weighing it in the trays, able to work night shift.
Pay
- Starting rate of $18.47/hr.
- Night shift premium applies.
Schedule
- Scheduled to commence in September.
