SEASONAL PRODUCTION LEAD

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operate the production line and support equipment
• Perform line set-ups and changeovers as needed
• Lead and guide production associates working on the production line
• Follow production plan while minimizing the risk of downtime, wasted product, and supplies
• Complete line inspections and applicable related paperwork
• Responsible for process and quality procedures for the line operated
• Work with the supervisor to achieve daily productivity and recovery goals
• Help produce the highest quality of finished product
• Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
• Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary
• Support onboarding and training of new employees as needed
• Other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• No experience required, open to training
• Ability to work seasonally - any time between June and November
• *60-84/week with *OT over 40 hours
