QUALITY SYSTEMS SEASONAL LEAD

Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation of all results acquired for the determination of the quality of the product
- Test team (metal detectors, scales, etc.)
- Check the tote filler paperwork documentation for corroboration of production
- Communicate any anomaly that occurred on the line (refrigeration, foreign matter quality of product, mechanical, etc.), to the respective staff and the Quality Systems Manager.
- Verify checks are done correctly and on time for grading and PCT
- Complete mid shift sanitation report
- Follow and grade according to customer specifications and Nortera specifications
- Responsible for the health & safety management system to achieve established goals and provide a safe, efficient environment for all employees.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and set a proper example at all times.
- Enforce and implement policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
- Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
- Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary
Requirements
No experience required, open to training
Qualifications
Ability to work seasonally - any time between June and November *60-84/week with *OT over 40 hours
Skills
Seasonal work experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Seasonal work available between June and November, with potential for overtime over 40 hours per week.
