Seasonal Premier Club Servicing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Seasonal Club Servicing Representative to join our team at the 2026 US Open. Club Servicing Representatives are responsible for establishing a good rapport with VIP clients/guests within the Hospitality and Premium Services Department. They must be resourceful, quick, and ready to handle any and all ad hoc requests associated with live entertainment events.

Responsibilities

• Work with Premier Club Team to service any ad hoc requests of guests across the premier clubs
• Pick up and distribute client gifting to respective spaces throughout the NTC grounds
• Manage pick up and drop offs at NTC loading dock
• Aid in the execution of private events happening with the Club Spaces each day of the tournament
• Liaise between Premier Club Team and other departments on the grounds as instructed

Requirements

Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently are required. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail, are necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to take and follow direction, remain calm and focused in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, and problem solve are key. Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds is required. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion is needed.

Qualifications

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20 and is eligible for overtime. Daily Meal Allowance: A $35 daily meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.
