Seasonal Pool Bartender

About the role

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, and graciously with eye contact and a smile.
• Provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, adhering to state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons service standards.
• Have a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensure proper execution of all service details.
• Perform additional side duties and assist in the absence of a Pool Server if necessary.
• Be familiar with and proficient in using the Micros system.
• Show a confident and outgoing personality, ready to handle any request.
• Be able to stand continuously for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 35 lbs.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues within and outside the department.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up tasks.
• A minimum of two years’ experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment.
• Availability to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $25.90

Schedule & Hours

Seasonal Part-Time, AM/PM Shifts, Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
