About the Role

Target’s seasonal positions are focused on delivering a guest‑first experience through specialized sales, service, and merchandising. The roles include:

• Seasonal Specialty Sales – providing tailored suggestions and visual merchandising that inspire guests.
• Seasonal Service & Engagement – welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, and handling guest recovery.
• Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales – ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Seasonal Guest Advocate, delivering friendly and helpful service.
• Serve as a Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, managing inventory and product placement.
• Perform duties of a Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, handling order preparation and fulfillment.
• Work as a Seasonal Style Consultant, offering fashion advice and visual displays.
• Support operations as a Seasonal Inbound Expert, processing incoming merchandise.
• Assist as a Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, maintaining food service standards.
• Provide technical assistance as a Seasonal Tech Consultant.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $19.00 USD per hour.
