Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T0152)

About the role

Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. As a seasonal team member, you will join a sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising, or serve as an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds service expectations, or focus on operations, process and efficiency to ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency, and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals. Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Welcoming and thanking guests, providing service that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders to access merchandise.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Maintaining product presentation through visual merchandising.
• Following multi‑step processes and paying attention to detail.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.75 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule required (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance expected.
