Seasonal Outdoor Maintenance - Custodial Tech

About the role

Assists with performing general maintenance, custodial duties, grounds keeping and improvements in assigned Iron County tourism and recreational areas. Works under the direct supervision of the Iron County Tourism Director and under the general direction of Parks Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Must possess and maintain valid Utah Driver's License.
• Must maintain compliance of Iron County Vehicle Policy — including maintaining an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance of Iron County drug and alcohol policies and guidelines.
• Attend any required training as needed and/or scheduled.

Schedule

Duration of position will not exceed 26 weeks (may be shorter, depending on budget and workload).
