Seasonal Operations Associate - Woodfield Mall

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace while assisting customers who request help
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signage across the store
• Replenish and restock merchandise by pulling and preparing product for the sales floor
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare it in the backroom
• Maintain backroom safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and preparing items for pickup
• Execute merchandising plans from leadership with efficiency and attention to detail
• Maintain merchandising standards while flowing goods to the sales floor
• Learn new information from peers and training materials about merchandise and business processes

Pay

USD $15.00/Hr - USD $18.75/Hr.
