About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while maneuvering around the store at a fast pace and working with the latest merchandise
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the floor when inventory is low
• Receive and unload merchandise, working with co-workers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and picking items for pick up
• Execute merchandise strategy by taking leadership plans and placing merchandise throughout the store with efficiency and detail
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise and business processes

Pay

$14.00 - $17.50 per hour
