Seasonal Operations Associate - Oak Park Shopg Cntr

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position working with the task team prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an extension or regular position based on work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace while assisting customers who request help
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store
• Replenish and restock merchandise by pulling and preparing product for the sales floor
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare it in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and preparing items for pickup
• Execute merchandise strategy by placing product throughout the store according to leadership plans and merchandising standards
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing information from peers and training materials

Pay

$13.00 - $16.25 per hour
