Seasonal Nurse - Med/Surg Observation

About the Role

This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care in various healthcare settings. It requires effective communication and collaboration with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. The nurse will deliver high-quality care using critical thinking, nursing processes, and empathetic, respectful approaches, while preserving patient autonomy and dignity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the current unit or specialty area
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Computer literacy
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred
• Ability to perform treatments and collaborate effectively with teams
