Job Summary

As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision of Chefs, Line cooks are responsible for executing cooking tasks, including:
    • reading food slips,
    • preparing and cooking food/dishes according to recipes, instruction and direction,
    • Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques,
    • Complying with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards,
    • Working as a team,
    • Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships.
