Job Summary
As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Under supervision of Chefs, Line cooks are responsible for executing cooking tasks, including:
- reading food slips,
- preparing and cooking food/dishes according to recipes, instruction and direction,
- Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques,
- Complying with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards,
- Working as a team,
- Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships.
