About the role
The Cook is a culinary position at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. This is a production position that requires supervision and training. The role is based in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, ski-in/ski-out from the resort.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food preparation guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow.
- Follow established sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Basic culinary skills or related cooking experience.
- Fair communication skills.
- Culinary experience highly preferred.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Capable of performing repetitious duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay
The starting rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Available for the season: July 15, 2026 - April 15, 2027.
