About the role

As a BoxLunch Seasonal Key Holder, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring fellow fans get their hands on the merch they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience through product knowledge, customer service, and engagement.
• Step in to lead and support store operations when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Understand and help drive store sales goals by improving key KPIs: UPT and ADTC.
• Maintain visual standards in assigned sales floor zones and assist with store opening/closing.
• Process sales transactions, drive add-on sales, and manage register closeouts, reporting any discrepancies.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall, fixture, and merchandising updates.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Maintain stock room organization and overall store cleanliness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates to help them acclimate quickly.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around during scheduled hours.
• Capable of reaching merchandise using ladders, step stools, and poles.
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$17.20 - $19.75 an hour. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, location, experience, and meeting minimum job requirements.
