Key Holder

About the role

A Key Holder at our Tampa store leads the team, engages with guests, and brings Little Words Project’s mission to life through exceptional service, beading experiences, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team, setting the tone for outstanding guest interactions.
• Open and close the store independently, ensuring smooth operations.
• Host and manage in-store beading appointments, events, and parties to create memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with partners to plan and execute in-store events.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with backstock, and support visual merchandising to maintain an inviting store environment.
• Train and develop Sales Associates, sharing best practices to enhance guest connections.
• Introduce new products, offer personalized recommendations, and create meaningful moments for guests.
• Answer guest questions, assist with transactions, and resolve in-store issues with positivity and care.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Support inventory intake, clienteling, and KPI tracking to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with guests and teammates.
• Enthusiasm for beading, styling, and creating in-store content.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to support the team in any capacity as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Alignment with Little Words Project’s mission and a commitment to spreading kindness.
