Join DHT Group for Michigan's Sugar Beet Harvest. Dave Hausbeck Trucking (DHT Group) is hiring Seasonal CDL-A Drivers for their Bay City, Michigan sugar beet harvest operation.

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• 3–5 shifts per week based on production needs
• Overtime available during peak harvest
• Weekend and holiday work required as production demands

What You'll Do

• Safely transport sugar beets within the customer production facility
• Load, haul, and unload product efficiently
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and required documentation
• Report equipment concerns promptly
• Work closely with plant personnel and dispatch
• Represent DHT with professionalism and a safety-first attitude

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to pass a DOT drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Dump trailer experience
• T-endorsement preferred but not required
• Agricultural hauling experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Requirements

• Licensed CDL A Driver
• Acceptable MVR
• Must be able to work holidays
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, 3-5 days/nights a week
• Preferred requirements: Dump Experience, T-Endorsement
