About the role

Serve As An OCC Seasonal HR Associate, And You Will Have The Opportunity To HR Seasonal Support Coordinator Guide seasonal associates through the onboarding process Ensure accurate completion of I-9 forms for all new hires Review, validate and submit seasonal associate time records throughout the Operation Christmas Child project to ensure accuracy and compliance Complete quality control checklists for seasonal candidates Work with the Human Resources Support Project Supervisor to meet compliance guidelines Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of OCC seasonal staff as needed

Responsibilities

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry.

Benefits

Full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December.
