Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate - Regency Mall

About the Role

As a Sales Associate/Photographer for Cherry Hill Programs, you will create memorable holiday experiences on Santa photo sets. You’ll welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical moments while providing world‑class guest service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, ensuring every family feels welcomed and part of the magic.
• Work as a team member to keep photo operations running smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Schedule
