Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate - Mayfair Mall

About the role

As a Sales Associate/Photographer with Cherry Hill Programs you will create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing magical holiday moments. You will bring warmth, energy, and world‑class guest service to every visit while supporting a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
