Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager- Crossroads Mall (WV)

Cherry Hill Programs · Mount Hope, WV · 4 days ago
Part-time
The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / About Us - there's an "About Us" section describing the company 2. Why You'll Love Working With Us - this is Benefits 3. What You'll Do - Responsibilities 4. What We're Looking For - Requirements/Qualifications 5. We Work Together to Win Together - this seems like company culture/mission, could be part of About or separate The rules say: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Don't repeat job title as heading - Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (EEO, equal opportunity, scam warnings, application instructions) - Only include sections with real content - No filler/placeholder text - Output ONLY HTML fragment Looking at the content: "About Us" section - describes the company and role overview. This could be "About the role" or "About us". The rules mention "About the role" as a heading example. "Why You'll Love Working With Us" - this is clearly Benefits. It has a list of benefits. "What You'll Do" - Responsibilities. List of duties. "What We're Looking For" - Requirements/Qualifications. Has "Must Haves" and "Nice to Haves" - both are lists. "We Work Together to Win Together" - company mission/values. Could be part of About or separate. Since it's substantive, I'll include it as a section, maybe "Our Mission" or "Culture". But the rules only list specific heading examples. I could use "About the role" for the first part and maybe "Our Values" for this. But the rules say use h3 for section headings like "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". It says "e.g." so other headings are allowed if they fit. However, I should prefer the standard ones. This section is about company culture/mission. I could fold it into About the role or make a "Culture" section. But the rule says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". This has real content. I'll create a section called "Our Mission" or "Culture". But to stay close to the examples, maybe "About the role" covers the first paragraph, and this last part could be "Our Values". However, the rules don't forbid other headings. I'll use "Our Mission" as an h3. Also note: "Santas’s season is short and spots fill fast- apply now to lock in your schedule!" - this is a call to action, maybe part of About or drop it? It's promotional. I'll include it in the About section as a paragraph. "Exclusive Holiday Perks for You & Your Family:" - this is part of Benefits. "Must Haves:" and "Nice to Haves:" - both under Requirements. Now, structure: 1. About the role (h3) - includes company description and role overview paragraph. 2. Benefits (h3) - list of benefits and perks. 3. Responsibilities (h3) - list of duties. 4. Requirements (h3) - with two sub-lists: Must Haves and Nice to Haves. Could use subheadings? But rules say use ul li for lists. Could make two separate uls with a p for "Must Haves:" and "Nice to Haves:"? Or include as list items? Better to have a p for "Must Haves:" then ul, then p for "Nice to Haves:" then ul. But the rules say use ul li for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So I'll do that. 5. Our Mission (h3) - the last section. Check for Pay/Schedule: The posting mentions "Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle" and "Same day pay options" and "Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week". That's schedule and pay info. But the rules say never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state them in Benefits section. But there's no separate Pay or Schedule section. The benefits list includes "Flexible scheduling" and "Same day pay options". That's fine in Benefits. No need for separate sections. Also "Employee Referral Program" is a benefit. Now, ensure no boilerplate: The last paragraph about EEO/discrimination/harassment is boilerplate? It says "Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment. Every employee plays a part..." This is EEO boilerplate. The rules say remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So I should remove that paragraph. However, the first part "We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple... We believe that building a diverse team..." is mission/values, not pure boilerplate. The EEO part is the last few sentences. I'll keep the mission and values part, but drop the EEO compliance language. The text: "Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment. Every employee plays a part in our Company’s success and makes this a great place to work. Our people are the heart of our organization and the foundation of our success. Driven by our core values of safety, diversity, integrity, and collaboration, we strive to promote a culture that supports and encourages creativity, fairness, and inclusion." This is a mix of mission and EEO. The first sentence is EEO boilerplate. The rest is culture. I'll keep from "Every employee plays a part..." onward? But "free from discrimination and harassment" is EEO. I'll include the paragraph but maybe it's considered boilerplate. The rule says "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". This is EEO. So I should remove the entire "We Work Together to Win Together" section? But the mission statement is not boilerplate. However, the section includes EEO language. I'll keep the mission and values but omit the explicit EEO compliance sentence. I'll rewrite? But the rule says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. But also remove EEO boilerplate. So I need to remove the EEO parts but keep the mission. I'll include the mission paragraph and the values paragraph, but skip the "free from discrimination and harassment" sentence. However, that's editing content. The rule says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." But also "Remove ... EEO/equal-opportunity ... boilerplate". So I must remove the boilerplate parts. I'll keep the non-boilerplate parts. Let's parse the last section: "We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. We believe that building a diverse team, with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, is the best way to bring our mission to life. Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment. Every employee plays a part in our Company’s success and makes this a great place to work. Our people are the heart of our organization and the foundation of our success. Driven by our core values of safety, diversity, integrity, and collaboration, we strive to promote a culture that supports and encourages creativity, fairness, and inclusion." The third sentence is EEO boilerplate. The rest is mission and culture. I'll include the first two sentences, then skip the third, then include the rest. But that's summarizing. The rule says do NOT summarize away detail. But also remove boilerplate. I think it's acceptable to remove the boilerplate sentence. I'll keep the rest as a paragraph. Alternatively, I could include the whole section but the EEO part is boilerplate. I'll remove the sentence "Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment." That's clearly EEO. The rest is fine. Now, write HTML. Sections:
