About the role

As a Retail Associate (Athlete), you will embody the “Just Do It” mindset by providing an exceptional store experience, assisting customers in discovering products that inspire movement, and building brand loyalty. In a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, you will serve customers across various store zones, demonstrating enthusiasm, product knowledge, and a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• At least 18 years old
• Strong communication, reliability, and customer-focused attitude
• Service-oriented, energetic, team player, integrity-driven, knowledgeable about products, and capable of creating an inclusive environment
