Seasonal Health Coach

About the role

We are seeking a Seasonal Health Coach to join our telephonic health coaching team from the end of August through December. The position is open to remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals set and achieve goals targeting fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of life issues.
• Work with participants telephonically based on comprehensive Health Risk Assessment results.
• Collaborate with health professionals to develop personalized strategies for success.

Requirements

• Passion for wellness and coaching.
• Experience in health coaching or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, nutrition, exercise science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of health risk assessment and coaching principles.
• Experience with telephonic and e-coaching interventions.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and support clients towards achieving health goals.
• Proficiency in using health coaching software and platforms.
