Job Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the vehicle.
- Identify and report road, high wall, and equipment issues.
- Operate heavy equipment using proper loading and dumping techniques.
- Ensure the vehicle receives proper maintenance.
- Afford assistance with projects and activities beyond heavy equipment operation as needed.
- Occasionally operate the Water Truck or Bin Truck, or help with maintenance projects around the plant.
- Prioritize safety throughout the site for yourself and others.
- Help keep the site clean and organized at the end of each shift.
Requirements
Prior experience in a quarry or large construction environment, or heavy equipment experience, is a plus.
Qualifications
Onsite, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay starts at $21.77 hour and could increase upon skills and experience evaluation from management.
