Seasonal Harvest Worker - Stuttgart

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Schedule

• 12-hour day or night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), up to 7 days per week for up to 6 weeks during the 2026 harvest.

Responsibilities

• Climb up to 50 feet.
• Bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.
• Sweep and scoop throughout the day.
• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Work in hot and extremely dusty conditions.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Follow Safety and Food Safety policies.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to understand basic commands in English.
• Must pass a background criminal check and drug screen prior to hire.
• Completion of I-9 form (identity and right to work in the U.S.) required.
• Must pass E-verify screening.
