Seasonal Guest Experience Host- Commercial (Ends 10/4/2026)

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and recommend products that enhance their visit.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail spaces.
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization as needed.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• About You: 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
