Guest Experience Host- (END DATE JANUARY 9, 2027)

About the role

Join the team at Madame Tussauds New York, where every shift feels like walking the red carpet! We're looking for energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic team players who love engaging with people and creating memorable moments. Must be 18 years of age or older. This is a seasonal position ending January 9, 2027, with holiday availability being a big plus.

Team members may be cross-trained and scheduled in different areas of the attraction, including Admissions, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Guest Operations based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and help kick off an amazing experience from the moment they arrive.
• Assist with ticket scanning, admissions, and guest questions while keeping lines moving smoothly.
• Provide food and beverage service with speed, accuracy, and exceptional guest service.
• Help guests discover souvenirs, snacks, upgrades, and experiences that make their visit unforgettable.
• Support crowd management, guest engagement, and operational needs throughout the attraction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces that are always guest ready.
• Work across multiple departments and support fellow team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a plus.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
