Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.

These roles provide knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals, retail business basics (sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and hands‑on training to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and assist them throughout the store.
• Provide tailored product suggestions and visual merchandising presentations.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Climb ladders to stock and set merchandise.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
