Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour.

About the Role

Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest service, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Team members gain experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, delivering service that inspires them to say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Stock, set, and sell Target products, including scanning, handling, and moving merchandise safely.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Perform visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
