Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, helpful guest service and exceed guest expectations.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products, ensuring merchandise is accurately priced and signed.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Engage in active selling and visual merchandising to inspire guests.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
