About the role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Seasonal Service & Engagement: advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling.
• Deliver compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
• Maintain product sets, keep inventory in‑stock, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed for merchandising tasks.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance required.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour.
