Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
These roles offer knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience with retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency, and the opportunity to execute daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Qualifications
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
- Accurate handling of cash register operations
- Physical ability to climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) with regular attendance
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $18.25 USD per hour.
