Pay
Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour.
About the role
Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, advocating for guest experience, and ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Team members gain knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency while supporting business priorities and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
- Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
- Ensure merchandise is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
- Climb up and down ladders as needed.
- Perform guest recovery and resolve questions on the spot.
